What can be reported?

- The system stores no IP addresses; anonymous reports are expressly possible.
- Reprisals against whistleblowers are prohibited.
- Documentation is deleted three years after the procedure is closed, unless longer retention is necessary and proportionate.
External reporting office
You may also contact an external reporting office – in particular the Federal External Reporting Office at the Federal Office of Justice (bundesjustizamt.de). For certain areas, the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) and the Federal Cartel Office are also responsible.
